Magnificent seven as Kirkby Diamond shines again

Kirkby Diamond is celebrating a magnificent seven after being named as one of the South East’s top commercial property agents.

For the seventh successive year the consultancy, which has offices in Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes, has secured two top five places in the Estates Gazette 2018 EGi Deals Competition.

Kirkby Diamond was placed fourth for the number of industrial transactions it completed in the South East region – excluding London – last year. The property consultancy was also placed third in the offices sector for transactions completed during the same period.

Luke Tillison, head of agency in Milton Keynes, said: “For an agency of our size to be celebrating a magnificent seven years in the top five of the EGi Deals Competition really is something to be immensely proud of. It is great for the whole team to see that their hard work is paying off and that we are being recognised by industry-leading publications like Estates Gazette.

“Although we operate solely within the M1 Corridor and South East region, we continue to punch above our weight and are proud to match much bigger, nationwide consultancies when it comes to transaction volumes.

“We have developed a reputation for providing exacting advice and support to clients and, with more businesses moving out of London to the M1 corridor, we can offer them an unrivalled depth of experience across the commercial property sector, coupled with excellent local knowledge.”

The EGi Deals Competition celebrates the industry’s leading dealmakers and is based on the number of completed transactions completed in 2018.

Kirkby Diamond supports a range of clients in finding suitable industrial properties and offices, acquiring land, developing estates, advising on funds and providing asset advice. The consultancy has almost doubled its agency team size in the past four years to cope with demand.
