SHW are often advising office occupiers on relocations, and after 40 years in one home the firm is finally taking its own medicine!
SHW are relocating one of their eight offices – their Crawley / Gatwick operation – all the way across Crawley High Street to great purpose built, air conditioned, Grade A office at Aberdeen Standard’s Origin One, after forty years at Sterling House in Crawley High Street. The firm will leave Sterling House on Friday 5th April and begin operations at Origin One on Monday 8th April.
SHW’s Head of Region Peter Coldbreath said: “We have enjoyed Sterling House and we will be taking many happy memories to our new premises so although it is the end of an era, it is also the beginning of a new one. At Origin One we will be able to have our whole team on one open plan floor and we are excited to be adopting the modern working practices that we often recommend to our office occupier clients such as open plan, clean and clear hot desking and with vastly improved facilities including spacious breakout and hospitality areas for our staff and visiting clients.
