Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has strengthened its Milton Keynes office, in both the office and industrial sectors, as part of a strategic investment to grow the service offering in the Oxbridge Growth Corridor.

LSH is uniquely positioned to advise clients within the region, with established offices in the four core locations of Oxford, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Cambridge.

Dudley Cross’s role as Head of Office at LSH in Northampton has been expanded to include its Milton Keynes office. He said: “The office and industrial markets across the region, including the Oxbridge Growth Corridor, are very active and we are in an excellent position to take advantage of the many opportunities created by investment in our infrastructure. I’m excited at the prospect of helping our Milton Keynes team win more business and expand the LSH client base.”

Tom Harker, who joined the national commercial property consultancy at the beginning of 2018 working within the South East office agency team, has been appointed Associate Director in office agency at the Milton Keynes office. He previously worked at Brasier Freeth LLP for over five years, acting for a range of institutions, property companies and private landlords.

Paul Quy was recently appointed Associate Director with a focus on the growing warehouse and distribution market along the M1 Corridor. He has worked in the property industry for 19 years and has concentrated on industrial and investment agency since 2006. His career includes spells at Bowyer Bryce in north London and Stretton’s in east London, covering the M11, A10, A1 and M1 corridors.

The two new arrivals join the established Milton Keynes team which also offers Building Consultancy and Valuation services. The team includes John Fowler, a valuation expert who has more than 30 years’ valuation experience in the region.

Dudley said “The new appointments demonstrate LSH’s ongoing commitment to Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. We are building upon an envious history in the town and look forward to working with many new clients as our offer develops.”
