Logicor has recruited Sam Towers to join its UK team as UK Technical Manager, based in the company’s Solihull office. Sam joins from Savills where he was an Associate in the Building & Project Consultancy team.
Sam joined Savills in 2012 and over this time has predominantly advised on contract administration, dilapidations and technical due diligence matters for both public and private sector clients, including Logicor.
At Logicor, Sam will provide a building services and project management role, working closely with the UK team and its customers across Logicor’s extensive UK industrial and logistics portfolio. The Logicor UK portfolio includes over 1,300 industrial and logistics units totalling in excess of 32 million sq ft.
