Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Simon Lewis as the new Director and Regional Head of Building Consultancy for its Wales and South West region.
Simon brings a wealth of experience to the national commercial property consultancy with a career spanning over 20 years working for independents and national names across a variety of disciplines.
LSH which boasts 30 offices across the UK and Ireland, is the only national firm to have offices in both Cardiff and Swansea where it employs some 24 staff.
Its Regional Head, Lee Mogridge, says: “Building and Project consultancy is a key and long-established division within LSH where for over two decades we have serviced the needs of a number of high-profile clients including the BBC, BT, TH Real Estate and Patrizia Property Investment Managers.
“We are pleased to welcome Simon to the team where he’ll have the opportunity to build on his local knowledge and expertise working with a wide range of occupier, landlord and investor clients across multiple sectors.”
