Central London planning specialist Neil Lawrence has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s growing UK Development & Planning team as a Partner, based in London.
Neil joins Cushman & Wakefield with over 18 years’ specialist planning experience from Gerald Eve. His experience includes acting on a range of mixed use, residential and commercial projects across central London for clients such as Almacantar, the Portman Estate, Ballymore and Tishman Speyer. Neil has extensive experience in securing planning permissions for high-density developments in Westminster such as Marble Arch Place, the Verde office redevelopment and advising on tall buildings in Docklands.
