JLL has attracted rising star, Jordan Fendick to its Midlands rating team as the company continues to expand the division both in the region and nationally.
Fendick joins as associate director from C&W and although still under 30 has been successfully leading work on a number of high-profile, national accounts.
Working with national director, Pete Fullam and his team, Fendick’s ambition and drive will be utilised to help grow the business further and continue to deliver a fully rounded rating service, making meaningful savings for its clients.
Fullam said Fendick was highly thought of in the industry and that he welcomed his enthusiasm and professionalism, adding to what is already a young and vibrant team at JLL.

The Birmingham office forms part of a 35 strong National JLL Rating team of market-facing specialists based in eight locations across the UK.
