Carter Jonas Partner, Frédéric Schneider, has been elected as Member at Large on the Board of Directors for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for which he will serve a one-year term.
Schneider has more than 18 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy and implementation across EMEA and Asia PAC. He is currently involved in the strategic analysis and implementation of real estate portfolios in the UK, Germany, France, Lithuania, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Japan, Australia and Singapore. He has been a member of SIOR since 2008 and is a past President of SIOR European Chapter and vice-chair of the International Membership Group.
Schneider’s election to the SIOR Board further enhances Carter Jonas’ relationship with the organisation. Andy Smith, head of the firm’s Industrial team, currently holds the positions of Deputy Vice President of SIOR European Chapter as well as Treasurer. Additionally, Scott Harkness, Head of Commercial at Carter Jonas, and Michael Pain, who leads the firm’s Tenant Advisory team, are both certified members.
