Three businesses move to Eastleigh after hat trick of LSH deals

Dan Rawlings, Senior Surveyor in the industrial team at LSH

Three businesses are operating new warehousing and distribution centres in Eastleigh following a hat trick of deals secured by industrial and logistics specialists at Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).

Industrial valve manufacturer Warren Morrison Valves has moved its base from Romsey to the 8,255 sq ft Unit 1 at the Tower Industrial Estate, Eastleigh.

They will be close neighbours with vending machine supplier Selecta UK Ltd which is to occupy the 7,513 sq ft Unit 2 on the estate.

LSH’s South Coast industrial and logistics team secured both deals as sole agents. The team, as joint agents with Hellier Langston, also recently let Unit 4 at the George Industrial Estate, in nearby Goodwood Road, Eastleigh, to gift company Sophia Victoria Joy.

Dan Rawlings, Senior Surveyor at LSH, said: “This flurry of deals in Eastleigh reflects how busy the team is across the region, where we are on track for a record year in industrial and logistics transactions.

“We are delighted to have played a role in bringing these three businesses to Eastleigh and wish them every success in their new premises.”
