Acting on behalf of FIX  UK Ltd Partner, Goadsby have let Unit 3 Broadstone Way Trade Centre to Master Tech (Poole) Ltd on a new 20 year lease.  This brand new, mid terrace unit extends to approximately 2,277 sq ft and the quoting rental was £8.99 per sq ft.
