New director appointed

The Birmingham office of national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Nigel Oliver as a Director in its Corporate Advisory Services team.

Nigel joins LSH from DTZ Debenham Tie Leung where he was business manager for UK National Property Management. Before that he was Head of Property Management for the firm’s Birmingham office and UK Head of Corporate Real Estate Management. He joined DTZ in 2007 when they acquired Donaldsons LLP where he was an equity partner based in Birmingham.

In his new role he will join LSH’s national Corporate Advisory Services team which works with corporate occupiers across the UK and Ireland. From LSH’s office in Birmingham Nigel will be targeting and delivering multi-disciplinary work for occupiers in the West Midlands with existing clients including Severn Trent and Centro.

Head of LSH’s Birmingham office, Ian Kibble said, “Nigel, with his excellent all round surveying and business management expertise, will be an asset to our team in Birmingham. He is used to working with high profile clients, particularly in the corporate occupier sector, and has an impressive track record.”

Nigel is married with two children and lives in Warwick. He is a keen angler and hill-walker. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of Liverpool FC.
