Knight Frank set up new Asset Management Department in South Wales and the South West

Commercial property specialist Knight Frank has appointed David Williams to head its new Property Asset Management Department in both South Wales and the South West of England.

He joins from a similar role held at the Cardiff office of Lambert Smith Hampton.

The Knight Frank office already manages a number of significant developments in Cardiff, including 5 Callaghan Square and the Cardiff Waterside estate.

Matt Phillips, Managing Partner of the Knight Frank Cardiff office commented…“We are delighted to appoint someone of David’s experience and calibre to this new role.  The pro-active management of commercial property is crucial to both the property owners and occupiers.  Good asset management will ensure that buildings retain their value going forward.  A building that is well managed and has clear control of issues such as service charge, maintenance and appearance will maximise both its current and future value.  We see the creation of this new department as an important addition to our service lines”.

David Williams commented ….”I am delighted to be joining a company with such a strong reputation as Knight Frank and am looking forward to developing the Asset Management Department both in the Cardiff and Bristol offices”.
