The pro-active management of commercial property is crucial to both the property owners and occupiers. Good asset management will ensure that buildings retain their value going forward. A building that is well managed and has clear control of issues such as service charge, maintenance and appearance will maximise both its current and future value. We see the creation of this new department as an important addition to our service lines”.
