Quayside Road sale leads to substantial refurbishment for industrial space

Following the off market sale of Rowe Commercial Properties industrial warehouse site on Quayside Road, Bitterne, a major refurbishment programme is underway at the 30,000 sq ft vacant site as demand for industrial space to continues across the South Coast.

The refurbishment of the four units will provide flexible space for incoming occupiers to be able to take single or combined units ranging from 1,000-6,000 sq ft, dependent on their individual requirements. Each unit will benefit from upgraded power supply, new loading doors, recladding and roofing and all parking areas will be tarmacked.
