Nolan Redshaw announce two major property deals

Nolan Redshaw has negotiated the sale of the 12,000 sq ft Atrium House at 574 Manchester Road, Bury for a figure in the region of £1,000,000 to Bracken House Properties LLP.

Built in 1990 it was the headquarters for Birthdays Greetings Cards until 2002 and has been operated as a business centre since. It is occupied by a number of small businesses.

Nolan Redshaw acted on behalf of the building vendor Ron Wood Developments Limited.

Paul Nolan, director Nolan Redshaw said: “Atrium House is a very well-known building in Bury and I am pleased we have negotiated its sale to another Bury based business.”

Matthew Settle, managing director, Sterling Properties said: “I am delighted we have bought Atrium House, it’s a building I have known for a very long time. While we have no immediate plans for the building we are considering its longer term future use.”

Clough & Willis acted as Solicitors to the Vendor.

The second major deal Nolan Redshaw has announced is a sale of the Card and Party Store to the existing Tenant, this was approximately 47,000 sq ft and was bought by Card and Party Store card trade cash and carry.
