Cushman & Wakefield completes Hull acquisition

Cushman & Wakefield has acquired a 10,325 sq unit at The Hub, Havelock Street in Hull on behalf of Supply Technologies.

Supply Technologies specialise in assisting manufacturers with their supply chains, supplying all types of small components to help customers make their products quicker and more efficiently.

The new site has been acquired to improve distribution links and better service Supply Technologies established client base in the area. The unit offers modern warehouse space in addition to high specification office accommodation, parking and loading facilities. The deal brings the new-build ‘Hub’ development to full occupancy, with other occupiers including Toolstation and Howdens.

The new base adds to a list of established UK locations for Supply Technologies including Sunderland, Preston, Birmingham, Glasgow and Ireland.
