BNP Paribas Real Estate has confirmed the appointment of Gaynor Gillespie as HR Director, who has also joined the UK Board.
Gaynor brings a wealth of experience, having spent 13 years as People and Corporate Development Director at Capital & Regional, a major UK REIT. Prior to this Gaynor was Vice President, Human Resources at Malmaison Hotels and HR Director at Ashbourne Ltd.
She also previously worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate, before moving to Tilney, a financial planning and investment company. Gaynor has decided to return for the challenge of a more senior position and opportunity to work in real estate again. Prior to her move to Tilney, Gaynor was involved with HR aspects of the merger in the run up to the acquisition of Strutt & Parker last year.
