CPP has scooped a hat trick of awards, having been named ‘the most active agents’ in the Estates Gazette Sheffield League over the past 12 months – and hot on the heels of picking up the award for Best Agents in Yorkshire 2018, swiftly following by winning the award for Best Agents in the East Midlands 2018, at the recently hosted industry awards.

The leading property agency, specialising in the transaction and management of commercial property across the UK and operating for the likes of DHL, Scarborough Group, and Logicor, was formed just five years ago and is now letting more space and transacting on more deals than anyone else – 158,783sq ft in 27 deals – in the Steel City.

Roger Haworth, CPP founding partner, commented: “As a business we have worked hard to set a new benchmark, offering our clients the very best wealth of knowledge and experience from across the industry. Winning the three awards is a huge endorsement of the hard work of the whole.

“We are incredibly proud to have built a reputation for delivering clear, accurate and honest advice – and are delighted to have been listed as the top agents within Sheffield just five years on from our inauguration.

“Building on our recent industry awards in recognition of a significant and successful past year we are now looking to grow yet further over the coming five years, taking CPP – and the industry as a whole – to the next level.”

Of late the CPP team has worked across the UK managing a host of key transactions including Eddie Stobart, Jack Wills, and Blackstone. The past year has also seen the business continue to grow its sister company CPP FM & Projects Ltd, established to focus on projects and property maintenance.
