The Juice Collective opens its doors this weekend at Bristol’s Wapping Wharf

The Juice Collective, a cold-pressed juice manufacturer, will be open to the public from this weekend (Saturday, 6 October) at its new home at Wapping Wharf, Bristol’s buzzing harbourside neighbourhood.

Founded in Bath by Emma Frampton, after discovering her passion for healthy living and a balanced lifestyle, The Juice Collective will be offering cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies ‘to go’ from unit 3 at CARGO 1, part of the Wapping Wharf community. Breakfast bowls, toasts, cold-pressed health shots, coffees and speciality lattes will also be part of the offering.

Emma Frampton, founder of The Juice Collective, said:

“We are so excited to have completed our fit-out and can’t wait to welcome everyone in this weekend. From Saturday morning, we will be serving a selection of our best cold-pressed juices, health shots, coffees and breakfast.

“Our aim has always been to create a fresh, inviting space for people to grab something healthy and balanced ‘on the go’. Our offering will become larger over the next few weeks with some lovely winter soups being added to the menu.”

Stuart Hatton, director at Umberslade, the developer behind Wapping Wharf, said:

“We’d like to offer a big, warm welcome to The Juice Collective team – they are a wonderful addition to the thriving community at Wapping Wharf and we can’t wait to pop by soon to enjoy some of their fabulous cold-pressed juices. There’s such a fantastic sense of community among the independent businesses – I know Emma and her team will fit right in!”

Wapping Wharf is ideally located in the heart of Bristol’s historical and cultural quarter, with its tree-lined pedestrian and cycle route, Gaol Ferry Steps, providing an important connection between south Bristol to the city centre.

This popular waterfront neighbourhood is home to 40 independent businesses, over 30 of which are based within CARGO 1 and 2, representing some of the city’s best independent restaurants, shops and cafes. From a florist to a barber’s, and from a yoga studio to an art gallery, plus an incredible array of cuisines on offer, including fine dining, street food and more, Wapping Wharf has something for everyone.
