Willmott Dixon invests in Rotherham office

Willmott Dixon has followed up its recent completion of the University Centre Rotherham by completely redesigning its office in Ashley Business Court to accommodate future growth in the region.

The office, which is base for 16 people, has been reconfigured with collaboration and a project-led working approach in mind, allowing pre-construction and operations teams to work more closely on site with partners and customers on new projects.

Stuart Kerr, operations director at Willmott Dixon, said: “Collaborative working is at the heart of everything we do and we are very keen for our office spaces across the business to reflect that.

“Following the success of our project to deliver the new University Centre Rotherham, we are gearing up for new work opportunities as Rotherham and Yorkshire continue to thrive with new inward investment. We want to make sure our team has the very best working environment, with our spaces focusing on modern and agile ways of working to bring the best results for our customers.”

The refurbishment has been completed in-house by Willmott Dixon, and Stuart added: “We are working on a number of exciting projects from our Rotherham office and are looking forward to seeing the region continue to go from strength to strength.”

Willmott Dixon, which earlier this year won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in recognition for its annual investment of £2m to strengthen the wellbeing of communities, is currently working on Doncaster Council’s new build housing programme in South Yorkshire. In 2016, the company also completed the nearby Sheffield Custody Suite.
