Trebor Developments, working in conjunction with its strategic partner, Hillwood, have acquired another site for industrial, mid-size, development, located at Trinity Park, Hillmead Drive, Swindon.
The site extends to 5 acres and will be developed for 78,750 sq ft of high quality accommodation in 1 or 2 units in order to meet local occupier demand for leasehold or freehold buildings.
Commencement on site is expected in January 2019 for delivery of accommodation in Summer 2019.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner, for Trebor Developments commented, “Another great located site acquired for the Trebor/Hillwood industrial speculative programme, which will again be delivered on our fast track basis. Our pipeline of new industrial accommodation to be delivered now exceeds over 1.7 million sq ft over the next year and we are pursuing many new sites”.
