Savills secures sale and leaseback at Enterprise Park, Royston

Savills, on behalf of a private investor, has sold the freehold of Enterprise Park on Jarman Way, Orchard Road in Royston to Elvidge & Jones Properties for £3.5 million.

Set across circa 4.5 acres (1.8 hectares), the property comprises 32,250 sq ft (3,005 sq m) of industrial space. The purchaser has agreed to leaseback the property in full to Cam Store Limited, the self-storage firm, who will continue to operate their pallet and container storage facility on site.
