GVA reappointed by Nuclear Decommissioning Authority

GVA has been awarded a three-year contract to provide full estates and property management services to the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework, following a competitive tender process.

The NDA is responsible for the decommissioning of the UK’s nuclear legacy across 17 sites. GVA’s remit includes acquisitions and disposals, estate management and valuation. In addition to these core services, GVA will also provide a range of services covered under the estate contract as well as providing stakeholder engagement support.

Led by the Energy and Natural Resources team in the Liverpool office, GVA will through its service lines also deliver consultancy advice in relation to Business Rates, Project Management, Planning, and Building services. These will be provided by its regional platform of offices in Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham, London, Newcastle and Edinburgh with support from the remainder of its office network as required.
