Henley grows team with senior promotions and appointments

Andy Brandon has moved from his role as Chief Investment Officer at Henley to become Managing Director of Henley Healthcare Investments (HHI)

Leading UK private equity real estate investor Henley has strengthened its investment management teams in the UK, through a number of senior promotions and appointments across the group.

Andy Brandon has moved from his role as Chief Investment Officer at Henley to become Managing Director of Henley Healthcare Investments (HHI), taking on the role previously held by Paul Fray, who is retiring. Andy will put into action his 12 years’ experience with the business to focus on the healthcare and social housing platform.

Andrew Kelsall will join Andy at HHI as Sales Commercial Director. He brings with him over a decade of business management experience from senior roles held at Coty and Proctor & Gamble.

Adrian D’Enrico has joined from Axa Investment Managers as a new Fund Manager for the Henley Secure Income fund (SIPUT), where he will utilise his eight years of fund and investment experience. Earlier this year, SIPUT completed its third close of £410 million, following the fund’s first close in July 2017. It has since completed on more than £200m of supported housing assets.

Also based in the UK office, Kam Bagga has joined Henley from Credit Suisse as an Investor Relations Director. He is joined by Debby Dean, who has been appointed as Head of Human Resources, and brings with her several years of experience in HR roles.
