Expansion for local occupiers at Aztec West Business Park

The final remaining units at 1100 Aztec West Business Park in Bristol have been let to two local businesses.

LNB Towbars has taken 2,977 sq ft of space at Unit 1152 whilst Sorted Machine Sales Ltd has taken 2,512 sq ft at Unit 1154.

The deals were completed by Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol office on behalf of clients of Collingwood Rigby, the asset managers.

The units are part of the established Aztec West Business Park in Almondsbury which is home to office and industrial occupiers and is located just off M5 / M5 interchange.

The industrial estate comprises a terrace of light industrial / business units, incorporating office and ancillary accommodation.
