Goodman completes 430,000 sq ft logistics development in the East Midlands

Goodman, a global leader in the ownership, development and management of industrial property has announced the launch of Leicester Commercial Park – a new 40-acre logistics and warehouse development located in the heart of the East Midlands.

With construction now complete, the market-leading development offers 430,000 sq.ft of prime commercial and warehouse space, immediately available to let. The scheme comprises two units of 95,000 and 335,000 sq ft respectively developed to the BREEAM ‘Very Good’ specification together with having an EPC ‘A’ rating.

  • Leicester 95 offers 95,000 sq ft of easy access warehouse space with a fully-fitted ground floor reception and first floor offices totalling 4,100 sq ft. The unit has a 12m clear internal height, 90 car parking spaces and a 50m yard depth.
  • Leicester 335 provides 335,000 sq ft of warehouse space, a fully-fitted ground floor reception and office space on the first and second floor totalling 11,500 sq ft. The high quality unit has a 15m clear internal height, 270 car parking spaces and a 55m yard depth.
