The office interiors expert has recorded an average of 10 per cent year on year growth in the last five years and is currently looking forward to completing the next six months with a bulging forward order book.

Joint managing director of Office Principles, Cyril Parsons is delighted with the steady growth of the company he co-founded three decades ago: “It’s always been important to us to stay connected to our clients and we have forged our path based on the working ethos that creating spaces that really make a difference can be achieved if we can develop a very real and detailed understanding of our clients’ needs.

“No two businesses are the same and nor should their office spaces be. By taking a consultative approach, we work with our clients to create spaces that measurably impact on wellbeing and productivity while providing significant cost and space-saving solutions.”

A family-run concern, Office Principles was an early adopter of the concepts surrounding agile working and the team is keen to guide its clients to understand and embrace the changes in working practice that enable this style of working to be so successful. Cyril continues: “One of the most rewarding aspects of what we do is to help our clients to streamline their spaces and enjoy a more fluid working existence, which automatically removes the unnecessary costs associated with having surplus space or the misuse of space.

“One of the other aspects of office redesign and space planning that is sometimes overlooked is the impact it can have on recruitment and retention. We work for clients that value their staff and want to create cutting-edge environments that better serve and support them – and that’s why those clients come to us !”
