Northern Trust has secured a brace of lettings at its Earls Court development in Grangemouth, Falkirk taking the occupancy level to over 80%.
DC Recruitment Ltd has taken the ground floor suite in Building 3 covering 855 sq ft; whilst DWS Group has moved into the ground floor within Building 6 extending to 1,404 sq ft. Both deals have been completed on five year lease agreements.
