Glenmore attracts coffee company

Acting on behalf of Glenmore Commercial Estates Ltd, national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has sold a new industrial unit at The Glenmore Centre on Cable Street, Southampton.

Unit 8, totalling 3,434 sq ft, has been sold close to the asking price of £249,000 to SPL Design & Marketing and will be leased to Mozzo, which will be relocating from the Solent Business Centre in Millbrook. Due to its planned expansion the unit will become Mozzo’s new headquarters from where it will continue its mission to raise the standards within the coffee industry and to service its clients, including The National Theatre, Four Seasons Hotels and Hampshire County Council.

Adrian Whitfield, Director in LSH’s South Coast team, commented: “The Glenmore Centre has proved to be a positive option for enterprise and business centre occupiers. This is not only on account of the scheme’s proximity to the M3 and M27, but also because it is a rare opportunity to invest in a freehold property. Only one of the ten units remains available at the scheme, which totals 1,188 sq ft, and we anticipate a lot of interest from expanding occupiers moving to or within the area.”

LSH and Goadsby act as joint marketing agents on the remaining space at The Glenmore Centre.
