Newly refurbished Reading Bridge House picks up new occupiers

Blue Array, a fast growing SEO digital marketing company, takes 2,065 sq ft of ground floor space at Reading Bridge House, relocating from Theale in West Berkshire.

Reading Bridge House, leased by Lambert Smith Hampton, Campbell Gordon and Bray Fox Smith, has recently undergone extensive refurbishment by VC3 including a newly installed on-site café, run by popular local artisan coffee house, Lincoln Coffee House.

Blue Array has agreed a five year lease joining Capita, Thames Water and One Select Energy in this iconic central Reading building.

VC3, c/o Berkley Estates London Limited, is represented by property agents Lambert Smith Hampton, Campbell Gordon and Bray Fox Smith. Blue Array was unrepresented.

Steve Pope, Group Director, at Berkley Estates London Limited, added:

“Following our successful letting to Blue Array, we are actively pursuing a number of other enquiries and look forward to announcing further letting activity before too long. Occupiers are attracted by the building’s excellent location, its great range of facilities and highly competitive pricing.”

Jack Reynolds, Surveyor, at Lambert Smith Hampton, comments:

“We’re pleased to welcome Blue Array as a tenant at Reading Bridge House.  The building provides businesses the opportunity to occupy high quality offices just a few minutes’ walk from Reading train station, at a very competitive price.
Blue Array will be able to enjoy the benefits of the almost completed Elizabeth Line and the already bustling digital tech hub Reading has become.”
