Shropshire business owners offered free property guidance

Business owners across Shropshire are being urged to take advantage of a local law firm’s offer of a free commercial property consultation.

To help guide firms through all the potential legal pitfalls that buying and renting premises can entail, PCB Solicitors has launched a new Commercial Property Consultation, where a member of its senior legal team will visit a business at its own site and provide a free no-obligation consultation of up to an hour.

“Buying or renting a commercial property is still one of largest investments a business can make, often accounting for a significant proportion of day-to-day operating costs,” Lynn Hobbs, of PCB Solicitors, explained. “It’s not just this simple financial implication to consider though, there’s a whole host of other important legal issues to bear in mind, such as contracts, leases, planning legislation, insurance and taxes.

“These free consultations are a great way to get ‘legal expertise applied to your business’, which sums up our reasoning for launching the entire campaign. Whether you’re considering taking on a new lease, have received some complicated correspondence from your existing landlord, or are simply not sure whether your building is actually working for you and are looking for a way to move on, one of our senior team will assess your requirements and help point you in the right direction.”

To mark the launch of the Commercial Property Consultation campaign, PCB Solicitors has also taken out a number of eye-catching billboards across the county, highlighting some of the subjects business owners need to pay close attention to.

“Availability for the free consultation is naturally limited, so I’d urge any business owner interested in arranging a meeting to get in touch by emailing [email protected],” Lynn concluded.
