Bruton Knowles move to larger Plymouth offices to meet business growth

Bruton Knowles partner and head of Plymouth office Ashleigh Phillips

Following four years of growth since opening in 2013, the Plymouth office of Bruton Knowles has relocated its base to new premises at Plumer House in Crownhill, Plymouth.

Headed by newly promoted partner and head of office Ashleigh Phillips, the team has more than tripled in size from when he and associate Glenn Kelly started.

Ashleigh commented “We have moved our operation from The Chamber of Commerce building in Plymouth city centre. We enjoy a fantastic relationship with the Chamber, which was very supportive of us at the launch stage.

“However as we have grown quickly, in 2017 it became apparent that we were outgrowing the old office and we needed to source larger premises. After a quick search we identified the right sized accommodation available in Plumer House, where we are now co-located with a number of property focussed organisations.

“The new office space is professional and modern; and will support our ambitious, future growth plans.

“Our work, for a wide variety of clients, is throughout the whole of the south west peninsula and we feel that Plymouth provides a strong base for us. We look forward to welcoming clients to our new office.

“We had a busy 2017 across the services we provide and in our opinion we have put in place a team that is arguably one of the most experienced and dynamic in the South West. It includes a number of new appointments so we are well placed to manage the growing number of enquiries.

“We continue to offer expert advice across all property related disciplines, valuations, agency, property management, business rates, lease consultancy and building surveying all of which will face different challenges over the next 12 months.”
