Chesterton Humberts have recently sold the additional yard at 150 Priorswood Road, Taunton on behalf of their clients. The site extended to approximately 0.8 of an acre and was sold off market quickly after the main lot, being the office and workshop premises were completed in February this year.
Stephen Richards of Chesterton Humberts comments “We received numerous off market bids on the property due to the main road location of the site and the development potential that the bare yard offered”.
