A graduate from Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol office has successfully passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) exams.
Mark Balchin is now a qualified Chartered Surveyor and member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). He will take up a full-time position within Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory team in Bristol.
