Following the successful move of Aquafax, Osmotech have purchased two units, 12 & 13 Mitchell Point, Hamble.
Unit 12 provided 2,052 sq ft (190.63 sq m) and Unit 13 1,849 sq ft (171.7 sq m). The buildings were available at quoting terms of £155,000 & £130,000 respectively.
