Key appointment for city centre hotel

Jens Hallman, has been appointed General Manager of the Radisson Blu hotel Cardiff.

With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and an impressive track record, Sweden born – Jens Hallman, 38, will continue to establish the hotel as a leader in the city and head-up a team of 65.

On his appointment, Mr Hallman said: “I am excited to bring my experience to the Welsh capital having overseen the successful operations of several key hotels in the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, including the Radisson Blu Hotel, Stansted Airport.

“The hotel has recently over performed and well exceeded the year on year targets, I am confident that I can continue to build on this success and firmly place the hotel on the map as one of the best in this exciting and vibrant city.”

Established in 2009 the 215 bedroom four-star Radisson Blu Hotel is the tallest in Cardiff and boasts a well equipped business centre which offers six state-of-the-art flexible meeting rooms, suitable for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and banquets.
