Bingham Hall Partnership, a leading civil and structural engineering consultancy, have leased the ground floor of unit 5 Ty Nant Court, Morganstown, Cardiff.
The company is relocating from Trident Court, East Moors Road where they have been based for the past 20 years.
Their new 1,250 ft² office is of a high standard incorporating comfort cooling, modern partitioning, raised floors and suspended ceilings.
The lease term agreed is for a term of 5 years from December 2017.
