Independent Birmingham property consultancy Pennycuick Collins is gearing up for a busy 2018 as the firm announces two important changes to its Commercial team.

Richard Bache who joined the firm as a Senior Surveyor in 2017 has been promoted to Associate Partner with effect from 1 January 2018 in recognition of his success in further developing the Commercial Agency department, whilst Alexia Frixou has joined as a Graduate Surveyor to meet the growing demand from clients looking for commercial property space across the Midlands. Alexia joins the firm from Cushman and Wakefield and is working towards her final APC examinations in May 2018.

Talking about her new position Alexia said:

“I’m excited to be joining Pennycuick Collins and developing my career here at what is an important stage in the company’s ambitions to grow its presence in the commercial property sector.”

Richard added:

“We saw a dramatic increase in lettings in 2017 against a backdrop of limited supply of good quality commercial property space in the Midlands. As we embark on the New Year we are gearing up to be able to meet the demands of the market. Alexia’s appointment is a fantastic addition to our team and allows us to build on the foundations laid.”
