Keyland sells 9,000 sq ft of offices at The Courtyard, Bradford

Keyland Developments Ltd, the property trading arm of Kelda Group and sister-company to Yorkshire Water, has sold 9,000 sq ft of offices at The Courtyard within Mid Point Business and Leisure Park in Thornbury, Bradford, to Car Care Plan to facilitate its expansion.

Car Care Plan, a leading provider of motoring products, is an occupier within the Mid Point Park and has purchased units 2, 3, & 4 at The Courtyard to expand its growing business. Carter Towler acted on behalf of Keyland.

The Courtyard comprises 5 self-contained open plan office units and this deal takes the scheme to full occupation.

Mid Point Business and Leisure Park is located between Leeds and Bradford with easy access to the M62, M621 and M1 motorway networks via the M606 (3 miles away) and Leeds Bradford Airport which is just 8 miles away. Nearby occupiers include Asda Bradford Superstore, Mothercare, Boots Opticians, Halfords and Carphone Warehouse.
