JCP Solicitors strengthens Commercial Property team

JCP Solicitors has welcomed a new Director to its Commercial Property team. Talia Atkins joins the firm with more than a decade of experience advising on all aspects of commercial property with a particular emphasis on the retail and leisure sectors.

Talia will be working across South East Wales covering Cardiff, Cowbridge, Pontypridd and Caerphilly.

As a senior associate in her previous firm, Talia specialised in transactional, development and landlord and tenant work. She has acted for developers in site acquisition and pre-letting, construction, and subsequent investment sales of multi let retail estates where tenants have included the likes of Tesco, Co-op, Morrisons, Costa, Greggs, Subway and petrol filling station operators. Talia has also acted on several hotel developments throughout the UK.

She also has extensive experience in residential development and plot sales, having created a small but lucrative plot sales team for a high end housing developer. She has experience in secured lending and has advised on the property elements of numerous corporate transactions.
