A trio of lettings brings Saffron House, EC1, to full occupancy

A trio of lettings have completed at Saffron House, EC1, with the first, second and third floors let to Product Madness, Arthritis UK and Cloudreach on ten-year leases at rents of £61, £62.50 and £63.50 psf respectively.

The three lettings, which were secured by joint letting agents BNP Paribas Real Estate and Colliers International, total 35,500 sq ft of space on recently refurbished floors and bring the building to full occupancy.

The high-spec office building is located on Kirby Street in the heart of Farringdon, just a two-minute walk from Farringdon Station and a five-minute walk from Chancery Lane. The Elizabeth Line is set to arrive at Farringdon in 2018, providing a further boost to the building’s accessibility and ease of travel for occupiers.

The area, which is home to a wealth of creative enterprises, is set to become part of a new cultural destination for London over the next 10-15 years, with the City of London Corporation recently announcing plans for a transformational “culture mile” between Farringdon and Moorgate in conjunction with the Barbican, the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and the Museum of London.

Dan Bayley, Senior Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate said: “We are delighted to have completed lettings to three high-quality occupiers who join a diverse community in a vibrant and well-connected area of London. Thanks to its close proximity to the City and ongoing cultural transformation, Farringdon is set to become one of the capital’s most desirable places to live and work.”

Product Madness was represented by Devono Cresa; Arthritis UK was represented by Carter Jonas and Cloudreach was represented by PLM Consultants.
