Chorley shelving firm gets stacks of space with new unit

The industrial team at property advisor JLL has let 42,608 sq ft at Chorley North Business Park on behalf of landlord Eric Wright Group.

Brysdales Ltd, which supplies warehousing and storage products, has expanded its presence at the business park after agreeing a 10-year lease on an additional unit.

The firm owns the adjacent building and is moving the operations of Railex Filing, which it acquired in 2016 into the new space, relocating the business from Southport.

The refurbished unit features 34,648 sq ft of warehouse accommodation and 7,960 sq ft of office space. Other occupiers at Chorley North Business Park include road construction company Ennis-Flint EMEA, rubber products supplier PAR Group Ltd, and plumbers merchant Direct Heating Spares.

Robert Kos, senior surveyor at JLL, said: “Chorley North is a well-established industrial scheme, which has proved popular due to its high standard of accommodation and close links to the wider North West.

“Brysdales’ newly refurbished unit at the park will serve as an excellent base for the firm to grow in the years to come.”

JLL and Robert Pinkus & Co are joint agents at the scheme.
