Evans completes sale of office space to expanding Yorkshire IT company

Leeds-based Evans Property Group has completed the sale of a 5,100 sq ft unit within Global Business Park in Millshaw, Leeds to Lily Comms. The property will be the first Leeds base for the expanding West Yorkshire IT company, who currently operate from offices in Bradford.

Lily Comms provides communication solutions for businesses across the UK. To support business growth, the company has purchased a Grade A self-contained office (Unit A) set within the Global Business Park located off the Leeds Outer Ring Road.

The business Park is situated on Global Avenue in Millshaw, just 4 miles to the south of Leeds City Centre, 0.25 miles from junction 1 of the M621 and 2 miles from junction 28 of the M62 motorway. There are excellent public transport links to and from Millshaw and both Leeds Railway Station and Leeds Bradford Airport are easily accessible. The White Rose Shopping Centre is just a few minute’s walk away.
