JLL expands industrial team as it enjoys another strong year in the region

JLL is expanding its Industrial team with the appointment of Richard James-Moore as director.

Previously employed at BNP PRE as an associate director, Richard was involved in acquisitions and disposals for a range of high profile companies including Royal Mail, CWC Group, Opus Land, AJ Mucklow and Barberry.

Prior to BNP PRE, Richard co-founded a niche industrial practice called KGA Chartered Surveyors.

Carl Durrant, regional director and lead of the JLL Industrial & Logistics team commenting on Richard’s appointment said:

JLL works with some of the region’s largest development and logsitics companies including Prologis and SEGRO.
