L-R: James Daffern director, Hayley Miles surveyor and Charlie Roberton senior surveyor and Stuart Smith director, JLL Valuation Advisory team.

Hayley Miles and Charlie Roberton have been appointed to bolster the ten strong JLL Valuation Advisory team, which in the past 12 months has valued a record £10bn of property.

Both Hayley and Charlie accepted the new roles at JLL as surveyor and senior surveryor for its strong reputation as one of the most respected valuation teams in the Midlands and the opportunity for career progression.

Hayley was formerly with GJS Dillion Commercial Property in Worcestershire and Charlie joins from Colliers International.

James Daffern director of JLL’s Valuation Advisory team said: “We’re fortunate at JLL to not only offer the opportunity to work on some substantial national and regional portfolios but to be highly regarded for our forward thinking approach to working and the workplace.

“Attracting and retaining the right talent is one of the single biggest challenges for many companies now. The JLL valuation team stands out within the industry for its excellent client relationships and good team spirit.”

Hayley echoes this sentiment adding: “I wanted to work somewhere that valued and measured employees by the work they achieve and not the time they spend in the office.

“The modern mindset of the directors and the ability to work flexibility for a leading organisation and quality of instructions was my motivation in accepting the job.”

Charlie too looks forward to the opportunities that lie ahead with JLL. Both he and Haley bring a wide variety of experience across sectors including industrial, office, retail and residential, having conducted valuations for loan security and accounts purposes across Central England.
