Workspace pioneer Spaces opens its first business centre in Brighton

An example of a Spaces workplace

Creative workspace pioneer Spaces has opened the doors to its first Brighton hub.

The new 39,000 sq ft hub is located in Mocatta House, part of the flagship Trafalgar Place development.  It is just minutes from Brighton railway station and close to a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Designed to meet the varied workplace needs of today’s businesses, the hub offers a range of design-led workspace options including private offices, meeting rooms, and a co-working space.  There is also an on-site café which sells fresh deli food and barista-style coffee.

The Brighton hub is the latest Spaces location to open in the UK.   The company, which was founded in 2006, opened its first location in the UK, just off Oxford Street in London, in 2015.   It has since opened several hubs across the country, in locations including London, Glasgow and Liverpool and is due to open in several further locations later this year.  Internationally, the company has a presence in countries including the Netherlands, USA, Israel, France, Singapore and Mexico.

Richard Morris, UK CEO, Spaces, comments: “Mocatta House is another exciting addition to our network in the UK, offering an inspirational working environment in the heart of the south coast’s most creative town.

“The centre has been designed to cater to the varying needs of Brighton’s professionals and provides a range of space for meetings, networking, collaborating with colleagues or quiet writing.”
