Cushman & Wakefield appoints seven to Project Management & Consultancy team

Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Birmingham-based Project Management & Consultancy team with seven new appointments.

Phil Tranter and Nigel Britten join the team as Partner and Consultant respectively. Phil joins from Rider Levett Bucknall where he spent 27 years gaining a wide range of experience within the public sector, whilst Nigel joins from GVA where he specialised in office development and fit-out. In their new roles, Phil and Nigel will be leading Cushman & Wakefield’s drive to expand its Project Management offering both in the region and as part of a nationwide common service offering.

David Elson joins as Senior Mechanical Engineer from specialist engineering consultancy, FHP ESS, having previous worked at Telereal Trillium for 23 years. He will be responsible for building services audits including condition surveys, dilapidations, due diligence and acquisition reports. David will also be undertaking both detailed and performance specification design work.

Joining from Mitie’s Retail and Project division, Paul Brookes takes up the position of Electrical Engineer. He will be using his background in detailed design and contracting to provide advice on various electrical engineering systems such as lighting, power, containment, fire alarm and security systems.

Roy Charinda joins as an Architectural Technologist having previous experience at Ink Drawn Architects in Leicester. He will be expanding the building design capability and supporting the team in developing the use of Revit and design in a Building Information Modelling (BIM) environment.

Manoj Verma, a recent Graduate from Nottingham Trent University has joined a Graduate Surveyor as has Joseph Jennings who joins from Gent Visick in Leeds.
