Just a little under two years ago, Nimbus Property Technology started with the two founders and the question in their heads: “There must be a better way!”. Roll forward to August 2017 at the team sits at 19. Recent hires have included a fully-fledged marketing team and now an additional three business development experts. But the real story is not what, but why?
The answer has two parts. One, for our business to scale, sales and marketing functions must be invested in. Two, and more importantly, our product is disrupting the market as it is arguably the most comprehensive, cloud-based data-rich property intelligence, sales and marketing portal on the market. Maps takes the highly complex challenges of site finding, data gathering and ownership, layers them together with a Google Maps interface – including split-screen Street Maps – using the UPRN, Land Registry site polygons and attaches a host of essential information to that title, all at the click of a mouse. What normally would have taken you hours from over 50 sources, if not weeks in some cases, now takes minutes. We have market-leading turnaround times for topographical survey reports, for example.
