Property consultancy JLL has announced three new promotions in its Cardiff office.
Matthew Wright, from the valuation team, have been promoted to associate director together with Kathryn Williams, from planning and development. In addition, Jennie Howells, who works in the capital markets team, was promoted to senior surveyor.

JLL advises on a wide range of aspects of residential and commercial property including offices, industrial space, retail, planning, property management, building consultancy, project management and valuation.
