APC success for Cushman & Wakefield

Four employees from Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office have passed their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) exams after completing the company’s training scheme.

Emma Hughes, Will Arnold, Sam Earnshaw and Rebecca Yates are now qualified chartered surveyors and members of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Emma will take up a position as Surveyor within Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team in Birmingham, Will joins the office’s Valuation team, Sam joins the Lease Advisory team and Rebecca joins the Global Occupier Services team.
