Knight Frank, the leading independent global property consultancy, has recruited Mandip Bhogal as Senior Analyst to its Commercial Research team to focus on healthcare and further strengthen its market-leading research capabilities.
Mandip Bhogal joins from Porthaven Care Homes Group, a UK luxury care home developer and operator, where he was a Senior Analyst and member of the Senior Management Team. He advised on the due diligence of sites, sourcing development land, conducting financial appraisals of sites, and analysing performance of operational care homes including developing a marketing analysis system.
